Tonight I roasted our garden veggies in my large mold ... wow... they were perfect! But what's even more perfect is the easy & quick clean up... swish - swish in a bit of hot soapy water & BAM! All done! Amazing Amazing ...

I've also used The Mold to cook fresh veggies in the microwave ... with the octagon mat cover (no water or oil) ... another perfect hit there!  I think the uses for this Flexipan Mold are going to be unending! Whoopie ....

I use this mold everyday!  It is so easy to clean after baking chicken! Cooking veggies in the microwave is a breeze!

Love, love, love this mold!

This mold may not be as pretty as our other molds, but I use it almost every day! I use it to steam veggies in the microwave (3-4 minutes, no liquid needed), rice in the microwave (clean up is so easy!), use it as a liner for my oval crockpot (easy clean up!). Oh, and sometimes I use it to make scalloped potatoes, mac n cheese, and cheesecake (no waterbath needed)! Everyone should have this mold- and the octagonal bonMAT to go on top for steaming.
